Pros

The paycheck was never late.

Cons

Senior Management lack leadership skills. There is a difference between being high on an org chart and being able to lead, and they are not leaders. They love to tout the free snacks as a benefit, but the offices never have free snacks. Perhaps getting out of their ivory tower would be beneficial.
