Pros

Great people to work with. Solid mission based company.

Cons

Serious project management issues post moving to SDLC 2.0 where all tech staff became just an engineer where tech specialties no longer matter. Huge push to use AI tools to code which are not ready for prime time production code development. No stability if they are willing to cut full time staff over contingent.
