Pros

Only working 40hrs a week; 401K match; Education pay

Cons

The management ruins the company and its mission. The management can not state how year end ratings and promotions are determined besides stating "its different for everyone." The management cares more about closing exams than doing the right thing. They will allow customer harm to continue to happen because they care more about closing exams than doing the right thing.
