Pros

I made an awful lot of money for having little to no responsibility. I was always looking for more to do. I got bored.

Cons

Wasteful management, not in touch with the employees, HR department could care less. They come out and do fake team building exercises that only makes it worse. This place is mismanaged from the top down. Please note the recent departures of many of our executives and heed the warning.
