Pros

Colleagues are friendly and working toward the same goal - keeping security markets safe for retail investors

Cons

can be bureaucratic and on-boarding is long, but once you know the processes it's an efficient place with valid safeguards

Pros

Nice people, decent QOL but now they are forcing return to office so less-so, some interesting work but it's a bit of luck of the draw

Cons

Management very negative, doesn't seem to value employees, very process oriented, not open to innovation
