Pros

It is a very laid-back atmosphere and the level of work is challenging. It can get somewhat monotonous with specific filings but overall very interesting work.

Cons

As mentioned above, can get a little boring because filing the same types of documents. However, each examination brings new types of transactions.

Pros

- Prestigious national organization - Not a lot of overtime required - Lots of room for moves (both upward and lateral) within the company

Cons

- No incentive to overachieve - Standard protocol can sometimes be frustrating - They removed all of the Starbucks coffee machines from the building and stopped the free shuttle from DC to Rockville once the recession hit (couldn't think of anything else)
