      Pros

      • The benefits are great and there is plenty of job stability. • You get to work for a company that has a great mission of customer protection and market integrity. • A great stepping stone into the industry.

      Cons

      • Nepotism and favoritism run high even if the person is incompetent • Pay is average or poor if you are not a favored employee or brownnoser • There is NO room for advancement for minorities and/or women with small children • Management has no real industry experience and they hate being challenged

      Pros

      FINRA's mission to protect investors and maintain integrity of the market. A lot of the people who work there love their job they do. They have the best intentions and approach their work professionally.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, for too many, once they get into the higher management positions it becomes more about power and maintaining that than encouraging others to reach their potential. There's a lot of self promotion and promotion of friends to support the power base.

      Pros

      Great and touch benefits! Learning and Development Programs and awesome schedule! Front desk security is great and you fell safe

      Cons

      Long tenure employees are threaten by new comers. No room for intervention or new ideas. If you you're under 40 and have great ideas such as new software, processes and procedures. Do not apply.
