Pros

Working at FINRA affords the opportunity to get industry experience. FINRA recruits college graduates, so if an individual is interested in the financial industry, then FINRA will provide you a good base. In addition, FINRA is fair in recognizing talent.

Cons

There are times when individuals are juggling several exams at a time and must meet certain deadlines.

Pros

Was a good place to start your career. Good benefits and the people are dedicated and knowledgeable. Good work life balance.

Cons

Too much bureaucracy. Hard to get things done with out layers of approval. Stuck on doing things as they were always done.
