Pros

Great and touch benefits! Learning and Development Programs and awesome schedule! Front desk security is great and you fell safe

Cons

Long tenure employees are threaten by new comers. No room for intervention or new ideas. If you you're under 40 and have great ideas such as new software, processes and procedures. Do not apply.

Great work life but limited opportunity

Pros

Great work life balance and medical, vision, dental and retirement benefits are some of the best you will find at a quasi govt type company.

Cons

Limited opportunity for advancement. Much of top management seems to be recruited from outside high status organizations. Very few, if any, rise through the rank and file.
