Pros

Flexibility and work from home is key for working families.

Cons

They have some issues with with the way they do things and are constantly changing things that are not broken. They ask for employees opinions but don't truly want to hear them. Growth is limited.

Pros

Fully remote, work life balance Is Great

Cons

Very difficult to advance after the principal position. Advancement is very political. Company is turning into an FBI graveyard w ex FBI agents trying to run FINRA like it’s the FBI. FINRA is not a fed agency w criminal authority. It’s a member organization with administrative proceedings for those who violate rules.

Pros

Company's purpose and mission are great. Cares about keeping integrity in the financial sector

Cons

Management delegates too much to regular workers. Not enough training was provided, and the same was true of feedback.
