Pros

Good pay and 401k match

Cons

The environment is toxic, there is no room for career growth, training is nonexistent, teams constantly fighting, underwhelming engineers. No diversity, shades of racism felt through the company. If you’re Indian, Asian, or white you’ll fit right in, if you care about diversity in the slightest, don’t work here.

Pros

I was part of a dynamic team where an entrepreneurial spirit was encouraged and expected. This always meant, if you were willing to stretch your skillset, there would be chances for new types of projects and opportunities gain new experience.

Cons

Sometimes, this ability to flex didn't necessarily convert into opportunities for advancement. Some positions are truly designed to exist at one level only and to advance, one must be prepared to apply to a new position elsewhere in the organization or even move laterally to a position with a more robust internal career path.
