Pros

Benefits and steady salary. Hybrid work model is good.

Cons

Supervisors micromanage staff and are overly critical. No credit is given for positive contributions. Favoritism is rampant.

Pros

Best place I have worked when needing help. Colleagues here are genuine. FINRA Forward provides help & guidance to member firms. NOT Business Prevention. V

Cons

Management has basically been forced to aquiese to the current administration who does not know the value FINRA adds to protecting investors.
