I ran the foodservice at a Hotel & Conference Center for Flik. MY Director of Operations and GM were awesome to work for! They gave me the tools I needed to be successful and then allowed me to travel to new accounts to help out during my downtime. When Flik got the contract to do foodservice for the MN Vikings, Scott Davis himself came to meet with me to ask me if I would run the account. I left to start my own business, but had that opportunity not come along I would probably still be working for them!

Cons

Possibly the pay could have been a little bit more for running such a demanding account but I wouldn't say that it was unfair.
