They are a hospitality company aiming to provide real human experiences but forget to treat their employees as humans.
this is a burnout culture, zero work-life balance, extremely stressful environment. this is one of the worst companies I ever worked for. they lied during the interview as to what the job was however once I started working my job responsibilities were completely different, when I inquired about clearer job responsibilities I was told that I was a member of the team and would do what they asked me to do.
Upper Management is a group of individuals whos entire lives revolve around this company and they expect the rest of the staff to work ridiculously long hours without complaints.
it made me lose my sense of self and very severely impacted my mental health. I left after 4 months because I saw very little return of my investment of time. this is a dead-end job with no real growth opportunities.
