Easiest chef job if you don’t care about your work

Best hours for a chef but DO yourself a favor & don’t work here if you care about good food and surrounding yourself with people who have common sense.

Cons

Only care about rebates from big food companies; this is so frustrating as a chef but I guess I should have known better if all I was going to do was cook cafeteria food for a bunch of ungrateful lawyers.

Pros

Management always takes the high road and makes the best decision for the associates. Good opportunities for those who are willing to work and seek it out. My manager is very respectful of my time outside of work.

Cons

No other units in my area, so opportunities are limited without relocation. Parent company benefits are not very good for hourly associates.
