Great company to get in with - tons of opportunity for growth. No micro-managing, trust you with your decisions as a supervisor/manager. Higher management offers great advice and support when you need it. There's always an opportunity to take on more responsibility. Management makes it easy to be open with them, they want you to succeed, and ask about your career goals. Great work/life balance.

This company is supportive in training and furthering your career. The benefits are better than I've see in awhile. Lots of support, even if your manager isn't in your area.

Working in some of the lounges can sometimes be boring.
