Lack of structure Due to contract work for large organizations- contracts are negotiated in favor of clients but inhibit employees. Lack of technology, efficiency, innovation and advancement. Compensation is poor (Hospitality) lack of processes Managers are the only ones with access to Compass/Flik resources Old school clock in system that works for people in the kitchen but everyone is made to use it. Management does not have much initiative- tend to be very timid and lack proper leadership skills. Work life balance is null-due to most employees being over worked Its difficult to take a day off due to having limited back up We need more flexibility and days to take off for full time employees
