      Pros

      I am so happy to be part of Flik Hospitality. I love the commitment to healthy, quality food. The company is vibrant and growing and cares about all of the employees. There is structure but we are also given the autonomy to run our businesses.

      Cons

      Early on I have found that our back of house systems are at times vast but confusing and at other times lacking. Sometimes there is too much information being sent to us, some without an explanation. If you are new and don't have the background knowledge it takes some investigation and work to get up to speed.

      Great Company with a strong work life balance ethic.

      Cons

      The tuition reimbursement program is great, but only for Degreed programs. Not everyone needs/wants a degree. I feel certification programs should be included in the tuition reimbursement program.
