      Pros

      the people are great and there is a lot of room for growth.

      Cons

      such a big company that you know very little information about other sites and their day to day activities. The higher up the ladder you go, the less diversity you see.

      Pros

      As a new hire, it's been a great environment for me to step into. I have felt very cared for and my well being has always been taken into account. The training has been top-notch and the pace has always been comfortable to me.

      Cons

      The on-boarding process for access to the necessary programs and different things that I need to do my job has seemed to take a while. It seems that the process changes frequently so my managers aren't always aware of those changes and it just adds extra time to the on-boarding process.
