      Pros

      Fun, rewarding job. You are very much on your own, so it's great if you can manage yourself. Definitely no micro-managing going on!

      Cons

      I don't feel like there is too much upward mobility. There are some supervisor positions, but I doubt they come with any significant pay raises. I couldn't see myself here forever.
