I started as a dishwasher then I started assisting the chefs with food preparations

sometimes the customers are rude but you have to keep a professional attitude

Pros

You get a week paid of vacation which after I believe 4 years with the company becomes 2. Insurance with the company is not so expensive. You don't have to bring lunch or uniforms, all that is company provided. You get a 15 mins paid break for breakfast (if you make the time for that to happen obviously).

Cons

Understaffed. Not so much communication. Not many opportunities to grow. The following applies to my account (not sure if it is the same in some other places): One day the manager tells you to do a thing in a way, another day you do the same thing and he tells you to do it some other way. To me that's bipolarity.
