      Lost the FLIK culture. Executive leadership have been removed from being in the trenches for so long they don’t understand the current workforce and what the demands are for larger contracts.

      Pros

      This company is huge - so there was very little oversight into what I was doing or if I even went to work. I could go into my office or work from home. The salary at the time was good. The benefits were decent.

      Cons

      This company did not even give me basic software to do my job. They didn't even provide business cards even though it was my job to meet with many different vendors and people. I worked here for 3 years. No raises. No opportunity for advancement or educational opportunities. Very little feedback on work performance or ways to improve. Do not waste your time working at a place that does not value their employees.
