Cons

We are constantly understaffed, so you end up doing the job of 3–4 people. This turns into a very stressful situation because management expects everything to be done fast, even when it’s clearly impossible due to the workload. The managers are nice people, but they don’t really know what they’re doing. Don’t work here if you don’t want to feel miserable, overworked, and underpaid every single day.
