      Optimal hours and schedule depending on position/location

      Cons

      Advertised with hiring bonus, was not issued. Job was not as advertised when hired. Left company due to multiple sexual harassment incidents involving upper management. Struggling to receive W-2 forms despite multiple attempts to contact. I assume the job experience varies depending on location, however I did not feel safe or supported while employed with Flik.

      M-F. Weekends off. Enjoy working with some co-workers. Enjoy serving some guests.

      Cons

      No communication between management and staff. No team work. Not fair. Favoritism. Stressful. Management claims open door. When bringing up issues, they blame the employee and don’t accept responsibility for work environment.
