Disorganized, no structure & discount store.
Pros
Fast advancement if new to the cannabis industry. When the right people are hired, true cannabis enthusiasts, the work environment is ideal & team morale is high.
Cons
I worked at the busiest location in the entire state of Florida… our store was number one in sales revenue, new patient rate & highest patient volume. But that did not matter to the “leaders” in corporate.. we were severely understaffed for months while pumping out transaction after transaction, from opening to close. I would reach out to the regional manager & BEG for help with hiring, inventory issues & just helping me manage the store so I’m not working almost 50 hours a week.. The crew I managed became severely burnt out (before anyone says it’s a choice, when you have a passion for cannabis & love for your patients, you don’t have a choice) They offered unlimited overtime because they didn't want to waste more time & resources hiring more budtenders. This company became a discount store with no regard to team morale. I’ll also mention Fluent is the lowest paying dispensary in South Florida ($13 starting rate). It’s still a very young company but I’ve seen the grow house & spoke with the drivers that give us the shipment who can agree that Fluent doesn’t stand by the cannabis community, they just care about paying off their debt & becoming “the cheapest dispensary”… very cheap company in regards to wages & no tip jars?? I wish the best of luck to those who apply to the Coral Springs location.
