Pros

Loved working with patients and other co-workers. Assistant manager had no idea what he was doing, leaving it to key holders to pick up the slack.

Cons

Assistant manager does nothing, under staffed all the time, training is all but nothing. If you stick through it, you can figure it out and it’s rewarding. But don’t expect the company to have your back if you need personal time.
