The Discounts are pretty good.

Cons

Corporate piles work on you that should be handled in the grow facilities and not in store. No annual raises or room for growth. Lots of false hope with this company. Promises are eventually let downs and strong employees quit after years of hard work and dedication.

Pros

Products are top notch when they are made and sent with care. If you are an entry level employee to the industry, it is a great place to learn about the true medical benefits of the plant. Schedules are very flexible. There is room for fast pace advancement in a growing place.

Cons

Growing too fast and not able to meet the care of their employees and match industry pay. Beginning to be sales focused instead of Patient based. They will allow management to think that they can be open and ask questions, and we received little honest help in return. Higher management does not step in for more than a show when retail management needs help.
