Pros
Well defined process allows for great internship learning. Very hands on and active work. Very talented development team with aggressive goals that really pushes you to become better. Great pay as an intern. The Johnston office has a ridiculously nice cafeteria.
Cons
This place is stuffy; if you're young it is not the place for you. The pay is sub-par because the of the location.
