A challenging work environment. You will never do the same thing every day. You work from home most of the time which allows for a flexible schedule. Coworkers and managers are there to help you not to reprimand you. If you need help you are encouraged and given many oppertunities to do so.

Cons

You work from home. You need to be very strict with yourself to get all your work done.
