      The people who work at FM Global are great to work with!

      Cons

      There doesn't seem to be a lot of cultural diversity. A lot of employees have been with the company forever and stay for 30+ years leaving not a lot of movement in the company.

      Relaxed environment. Consistent work with usually a yearly bonus.

      Raises are minimal. They have a rating system where the highest is basically unobtainable. Sometimes office politics are more important than actual work product.
