      Horrible Company to Work For

      Pros

      Not much. There is not many great things to say about this company.

      Cons

      This company is bad. They do not care about their people, and fired several this year for not getting vaccinated. They do not have a good work from home program, and their pay is 20-40% less than anyone in the same industry. They also threaten their employees with "If you leave, you'll never be allowed to come back", rather than paying their talent to stay. If you're looking at a job here, then stay away! There's better opportunity elsewhere.

      Pros

      The work is incredibly interesting and engaging. The local culture is tight knit and individual contributors can develop close friendships.

      Cons

      FM Global has move from hiring competent engineers to hiring diversity, inclusion and equity engineers. Management does not listen to individual contributors and rules from corporate with a heavy hand. I would not recommend the current company to a friend, but four years ago I would…
