      frack flow back well tester

      Pros

      Fmc technology is great company to work for, but oil service companies are slow right now.

      Cons

      the only down side is that, well testing is not for every body.heavy lifting,long hours and most of the time away from the home.

      Pros

      Fantastic people who are very willing to help and be collaborative. Easy access to senior leadership through networking and extra curricular activities.

      Cons

      Training and people development is minimal if any. Constant changes in direction and structure.

      Pros

      Most of the people that have been there for years are very dedicated and professional. Good pay and average benefits. Good international presence for global experience.

      Cons

      Very poor senior management. They took the very strong momentum from previous regime and drove it into the ground through arrogance and huberous. CEO has changed the culture for the worst over his tenure. It has become obvious to most employees the senior management is not in it for the long haul.
