Pros
The pay is (was?) good, for a time there was a minimum guarantee of 40 hours per week, not sure what they give now.
Cons
Terrible benefits- ridiculously high deductibles for ridiculously high premiums. It isn't what you know, it is who you know for how far you can make it. I had seen some brilliant minds with years of experience let go because they weren't friends with management. One fellow with nearly a decade under his belt was traded for someone with less than a year. All of the promised perks that were IN WRITING were taken away, those who spoke up were conveniently laid off.
