FMG Suite reviews

I've been here for 1.5 yrs and I've loved every minuted of it. In fact, I've made friends here who went on to find new jobs and have actually regretted that decision because of the type of company FMG Suite is and how they miss it. It is a fun, friendly, relaxed, and fast paced job. The friendships you make here a genuine and the company honestly cares about you. Have a sickness or sick child? They work with you. Have school semester coming up? They'll help work around the schedule. Feel you are up for a pay raise? They work with you on what you deserve or what you should do to get that raise. There are monthly bonuses for both individual and teams. They promote from within and have constant new positions forming on a monthly basis. It is hard to stay in one position for long as they take every employee serious and want the company to grow as a whole, not just up in the corporate levels. I was promoted in my first 4 months with the company and then 2 months after that again. Not everyone gets promoted, but it feels like at some point that they always find a new position for you if you are looking for one. We get every holiday paid off, with your birthday as an additional holiday. You accrue vacation and sick hrs each pay check and they understand that sometimes life happens. Not to mention the other awesome benefits they offer like insurance, movie discounts, and a free gym membership. I don't plan on leaving any time soon - even after I graduate from school!

I've been here over a year now. Started out as one of the only Customer Service representatives in our Utah office. I guess the first Pro I can think of is all the knowledge I've acquired over the past year. We deal with websites quite a bit, so I've developed a pretty solid understanding of HTML & CSS which I had 0 experience with prior to working here. Skills that I'll actually utilize in the future. Perks of working for a fast pace and hands on Saas company. Great product and client base that you interact with on a day to day basis. Another Pro about FMG Suite is if you WORK HARD and show an interest in growing within the company, opportunities will present themselves. I've been able to take on various roles and wear A LOT of different hats which has given me so much experience that I wouldn't get, nor have I gotten anywhere else. Overall it's an awesome environment to work in with great co-workers and management that are engaged in making sure you are taken care of.
