Pros

Good computer hardware/software to do the work on

Cons

Inequality when considering skills and years experience with salaries and permissible working remote. Many employees are annoyed by the noise from the open workplaces and assigned seating with people of all roles sitting a few feet from each other. There's many open desks, but they don't give freedom to let you work anywhere in the office if you live nearby.
