      Community Director HUD/Tax Credit on-site

      Pros

      Came with great benefits, such as medical, dental and vision. Also a discount through Verizon.

      Cons

      Required to live on-site at HUD property. The apartment I was required to live in was terrible and my boss would not approve any aesthetic improvements. Also, there is not alot of support for single person offices. FPI doesn't own the properties they manage so the owners were very involved, which ended up, in my opinion not being the best for the residents. Since decisions were made to improve the bottom line, instead of resident satisfaction.

      Great Training. Work hard. Leasing.

      Pros

      Fantastic training. Very organized. No over time. Professional. Tools at hand to improve. Advancement opportunities.

      Cons

      Upper Management would come to property and not even look at lower level employees! Work was VERY fast paced. Tends to hire younger people generally. A write up was a mixture of truth and half truths.
