      WFH option 2x a week Events are fun sometimes

      Cons

      Low pay After hours work is expected Lack of work life balanace one you become salary Sometimes seems fake “family” is pushed a lot but I have seen people considered family fired for small things.

      Hybrid work and sometimes remote if building being repaired. International company. Growing.

      Cons

      Bad management with lack of policy. Some managers seem ok but too many. As long as you are not a minority you will be ok. HR no help
