Management ended up firing almost the entire workforce due to their incompetence in managing the company. There were cases where they used the company funds for own personal use, and blamed employees for the dissolution. After dissolution of fracht, the management continued in operation with a different name thereafter. Culture was horrible, with ‘management’ being the main culprit for such dissolution.
