      Benefit package for insurance is good, PTO can be good but managers frequently deny requests

      Cons

      Travel on holidays, will be asked to cancel vacation plans Nonexistent project management No training budget = no training Leaders show up to socialize and be on phone with other clients - theye don't come to solve problems or assist staff in problem solving

      Pros

      Pays overtime incentive bonus. Great place to learn QC skills. Management will tell you directly what you need to improve upon. Career advancement opportunities are good.

      Very bureaucratic - Poor leadership from management has led to incredible turnover rates

      - Most of the people here are very smart and hard working - Pay is solid and on par with industry

      Cons

      - Senior leaders are very narrow minded and will not allow people below them any flexibility to try new initiatives - Bonus is driven way too much on utilization, which provides no incentive to do good work and only bill hours - Don't do anything to retain talented employees, a lot of which leave within 1-2 years of joining the firm - No integration of culture from the plethora of acquisitions over the last 5 years - No strategic vision or leadership from practice leaders or senior management - increasing bill rates and hiring more people is not a sustainable growth strategy. Also no transparency or communication from same leaders.
