Pros

good first job. good health benefits and 401k

Cons

often rewards bad behavior and really lazy employees. Those that are not providing any value - and even those that are problematic are kept on and promoted. Those who are providing value are forced to pick up the slack for them. There is a lot of negativity within certain groups - some really bad attitudes. a lot of people that dont show up on time or leave early, some people that barely come into the office. really, really low pay for consultants who are often expected to work outside of the normal 9-6. Would be fine if they didnt pay you the bare minimum

Terrible Corporate Leadership

Pros

Good salary and benefits. Overall good work/life balance.

Cons

Corporate is not valued as this is a company heavily focused on the consulting/revenue side, without the proper regard for governance and structure. It seems that consultants usually enjoy working here but think twice before coming in on the corporate side. Executive management in corporate is mostly dysfunctional and little investment is made on the right places.

Pros

This is a fast growing company with a lot of work to offer. Very high tech and innovative. Highly qualified professionals and lots of room to move up... If only...

Cons

Management shows great disregard for employee matters, especially having to do with wage increases, and minorities and older workers wanting to "climb the corporate ladder". Since I started working here years ago, the company has yet to give us one single salary increase and they have refused to allow me or others of any minority racial/ethnic group to move up to important management positions. The company has instead hired solely young, inexperienced White people of, Caucasian descent. Lately they have hired a few Blacks in very low level lead positions and that's about it. No matter how many years of experience one brings to the table, and how much they praise one's hard work, top level quality work and, reliability, the Asians, Blacks, Hispanics, Hindi, etc., always get passed over by young, inexperienced, White Caucasian employees for management positions.
