Pros

In my opinion, FTI has the best experts in the industry. There is a healthy culture and my colleagues are a pleasure to work with. Our resources and professionals make us the best at what we do in my opinion.

Cons

Every segment/practice/group seems to handle their own compensation structure in different ways. While some groups pay well, for my group the compensation is below average and not very competitive for the industry - or even competitive within the different groups at FTI.

Great compensation and benefits and I also had a great commute. I also learned a lot while I was there and gained valuable skills.

Cons

Disrespect among people is common and accepted. There is definitely favoritism shown. If they like someone, they take their word for the truth, even when it might not be accurate. You can be called names, humiliated, and treated like a nobody and you can't even go to HR because they ask "what is wrong with you and you need to look at what you are doing wrong". The company culture is horrible and no one acts as a team. There are also no training opportunities.
