Pros
- Great place to learn new skills and have different experiences - Smart people to work with - Focus on client work, different than other consulting firms as the company is willing to quickly adopt to clients needs - Deep bench of functional skills sets and expertise between different divisions at FTI that can be leveraged to provide client with customized solutions
Cons
- Lack of transparency for promotions - Work life balance is tough. Company often announces initiatives but has not usually followed through with tangible action - Depending on division, there is definitely a political hierarchy driving agendas in who gets promoted, who gets best assignments, who gets opportunities to drive business development, etc.
