Cons

Work life balance, but that's given the nature of the industry. Management does a decent job trying to help.

Bad workplace with poor project managers. Workplace rules unevenly applied.

Cons

While cell phones are prohibited for all review attorneys, project managers will choose to "ignore" seeing phones of their friends. Cell phone rules are only enforced to get rid of employees who project managers dislike. It is awfully disrespectful that some project managers barely know foreign languages such as Japanese and Portuguese and yet are put in roles to supervise such languages.
