This is for the tech practice; it’s not a place to start your career. There is zero onboarding or training experience. New hires, experienced hires, all employees in the segment are thrown in a million directions without clear guidance. The lack of knowledge transfer is astounding. It’s a confusing segment to work in and you never know how you are performing. There is extremely poor mentorship - every man or woman is out for themselves.

Leadership is out of touch and outdated
