Nice place to work, flexible and the project managers are great, and make an effort to keep the contract employees engaged continuously on projects

No benefits and not many paid holidays

Pros

Quality of engagements is reasonable FTI punches above its weight in Corporate Finance given the non big-4 brand name Some ambitious and high performing people at mid management levels -> however there are also too any average performers Compensation is decent

Cons

Culture is non existent/ poor -> this is the root of all other cons Limited desire by senior management to invest in and develop talent Short termist view around projects -> just get the job done and collect the fee and move on Lack of honest feedback around performance and career development No consideration given to people wanting to have a life outside of work -> yes there is an expectation of long hours, but some empathy/flexibility would be helpful
