Pros

The people are very nice. Most are competent, and willing to assist when needed. Great vacation package, and good bonuses (if you are eligible).

Cons

Very limited promotional opportunities. If you are fortunate, you will be in the select group of those who continue to move up the ladder. Most of the truly dedicated employees are ignored, and the talented ones leave within three years.

Pros

I feel like my coworkers are sharp and educated. Compensation is pretty good. They have also been mindful of my young kids in determining travel schedules. My particular segment is definitely growing.

Cons

None bad enough to mention.
