      Pros

      Exciting and interesting work, dynamic environment, very intelligent colleagues, I learn something new everyday

      Cons

      travel, long hours including weekends, and tight deadlines. Internal support structure needs improvement (HR, AP, etc...)

      Pros

      The pay is decent. The medical and 401k benefits are competitive. Some of the people you work with are really nice people..

      Cons

      The only way to get any promotion is to go out drinking with your boss. Friends and golf buddies are promoted and rewarded ahead of all others. Raises and compensation are skewed similarly.

      Pros

      Autonomy was the deciding factor. Super. Day 1, was like being in the military. I suspect things have changed since I left, I don't hear much about them at all.

      Cons

      If you're not a lawyer, CPA, Banker, Economist, graduated from an Ivy League school or made a lateral move from a competitor, run for your life! Cruel place.
