      Pros

      1. Working with a number of great people, some have become dear friends. 2. Refreshments on tap! 3. Office is suitably located for high profile clients

      Cons

      1. Heavy clique-based atmosphere, and sadly senior management uses it as a basis for deciding promotions/bonuses rather than talent - if you're not in a favourable circle, you're opportunities are limited. 2. HR are more concerned with protecting the company than the challenges that are faced by its employees. They can not be relied upon for support and often sensitive info "leaks", making an uncomfortable working atmosphere. 3. Unclear promotion path can sometimes generate "dog eat dog" behaviour from colleagues. Again, if you're in a favourable circle, this conduct is overlooked. 4. Very little budget for training, colleagues have funded their own courses which they take in their own time.
