I liked the salary and benefits with this company. It was always a little hard to imagine staying here long term but you can learn a lot and work on some interesting issues.

Cons

Like most big consulting firms, there is a lot of frustration and a certain amount of cliques observed around the office. My advice is to get active in one if you want to climb the ladder and not have your clients taken.
