Pros

Good vacation if you are able to take it. Get to work on some interesting high profiled cases, but project experience is variable. Smart coworkers.

Cons

Pay is not competitive with other firms. Work life balance is difficult to manage sometimes and despite the firm emphasizing that at times, it definitely does not hold true. Pressure to always be billable at the risk of one's professional development. Project experience definitely ranges. Only have had one decent project during my time at the firm. Culture needs to be improved - there are cliques that are favored.
